1. Live Animal Return Policy
Due to the nature of live animal sales, parrots are not eligible for standard returns once they have been delivered and accepted. This policy exists to protect the health, safety, and well-being of the bird.
We strongly encourage customers to carefully review breed information, lifespan commitment, and care requirements before completing a purchase.
2. Health-Related Concerns
If a health concern arises within 24 hours of delivery, customers must notify PrimeParrotStore immediately. Documentation from a licensed avian veterinarian may be required to evaluate the concern.
Each case is reviewed individually, and appropriate resolutions are determined based on verified medical findings.
3. Non-Returnable Circumstances
Returns will not be accepted due to lifestyle changes, allergies, financial considerations, or personal preference. Parrot ownership is a long-term commitment that requires careful planning and responsibility.
4. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled prior to shipment processing. Once shipping arrangements have been finalized, cancellation may not be possible or may incur administrative fees.
5. Responsibility After Acceptance
Once the parrot has been safely delivered and received, full responsibility transfers to the customer. We recommend providing a calm and prepared environment to ensure a smooth adjustment period.
